Continue Report, Aaliyah-Thariq Responds To Police Calls Related To Cases Of Alleged Defamation

JAKARTA - The pair Aaliyah Massaid and Tariq Halilintar were seen at the Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, August 30 to fulfill the investigator's summons regarding the alleged defamation case.

Aaliyah and Tariq were present at around 14.15 WIB together with their attorney, Sangun Ragahdo. This pair looks compact wearing white clothes.

Sangun explained that the purpose of his client's arrival was to fulfill a police summons related to Aaliyah's report on allegations of defamation.

"Investigators for our report are reporting Aaliyah about alleged criminal acts related to article 27A, in conjunction with article 45 paragraph 4 and oblique line or article 310 311 315 of the Criminal Code," said Sangun Ragahdo at Polda Metro Jaya, Central Jakarta, Friday, August 30.

"The point is that this afternoon we still want to fulfill the call first, clarify what materials will be asked later. We don't know yet, maybe later after we fulfill the above we will talk further," continued Sangun Ragahdo.

When asked about this case, Tariq did not want to explain further and chose to fulfill the investigator's summons first.

"Yes, basically we want to provide information first. Later we will give the news," said Tariq Halilintar.

Meanwhile, Aaliyah only smiled at reporters and asked permission to fulfill the investigator's summons first. "I'll go up first," said Aaliyah Massaid.

Previously, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary confirmed that Aaliyah Massaid had reported three social media accounts from TikTok and YouTube to Polda Metro Jaya.

This report was made on August 22 yesterday under the article of defamation.

"It is true that on August 22, Polda Metro Jaya received a police report from sister AM (Aaliyah Massaid) reporting allegations of defamation through electronic media as regulated in article 27 a 45 paragraph 4 and/or article 310 311 of the Criminal Code and/or article 315 of the Criminal Code," added Ade Ary.
