Nisya Ahmad And Andika Rosadi's Family Are Not Willing To Be Peaceful At The Divorce Session

JAKARTA - Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi's divorce trial was held again. Andika Rosadi's attorney, Nata Sasmita, said that the agenda for this trial was to present close family witnesses from both parties.

"It is obligatory to present the closest family of the defendant and plaintiff and on the 27th we will also convey it to our client, Mr. Andika, to present a close family," explained Nata Sasmita at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday, August 29.

The purpose of presenting the near family aims to pave the way of peace between Andika and Nisya.

"The goal is for a peaceful jury outside the court, according to the law's orders," said Nata.

Unfortunately, Nata said that neither Nisya nor Andika's family could be the judges of their peace.

Nata only said that because of the busyness of each family and refused to be a peaceful judge for their divorce.

"After being delivered until just a trial from the family, no one is willing to become a peace interpreter," said Nata.

"In this case, the family does not yet have time or is willing to reconcile those appointed by each party," he said.

As a result, Nisya and Andika's divorce trial was immediately included in the conclusion agenda. "So go directly to today's conclusion agenda. We have conveyed both hard copy and elite," he said.
