Song Joong Ki And Chun Woo Hee Confirm Starring MY YOUTH, Airing 2025

JAKARTA - Two top South Korean actors, Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee are confirmed to join the latest drama titled MY YOUTH. This drama has a romance genre that tells of two people who separated for 10 years.

MY YOUTH tells the story of Sunwoo Hae (Song Joong Ki), a novelist who leaves her messy life and meets Sung Je Yeon (Chun Woo Hee) who has to interfere with her first love for her.

Song Joong Ki will play Sunwoo Hae, a novelist and flower seller who was once a child actor. Because of the lies around him, Sunwoo began to be forgotten by the public and started a new life.

Chun Woo Hee plays Sung Je Yeon, a team leader at Feel Entertainment who wants success. He had grown up in a wealthy family until an incident caused his finances to fall. For his success, Sung Je Yeon is looking for Sunwoo Hae to disturb his calm.

MY YOUTH was written by Park Si Hyun who worked on the drama Run On and produced by HighZium Studio, which is the company where Song Joong Ki belongs.

Lee Sang Yeop was appointed director after working on Yumi's Cells, Familiar Wife, and Shopaholic Louis.

This drama is Song Joong Ki's second confirmed project for next year. Previously he was confirmed to make a special appearance in the Romantic Anonymous series.

Chun Woo Hee chose his latest project after successfully gaining attention thanks to his acting in The Atypical Family and The 8 Show this year.

Production has started earlier this month. Through his Instagram account, Song Joong Ki shared a photo of his latest drama with the name of his role.

The drama MY YOUTH is planned to air in 2025.
