Natasha Wilona Ever Experienced Keseleo To Muscle Injury Due To Extreme Sports

JAKARTA - Celebrity Natasha Wilona admits that she has a hobby of undergoing extreme sports. Not without reason, this was done by Natasha Wilona because she liked challenging and testing activities.

"I really like sports that are quite extreme. I quite like something that challenges and tests adrenaline. So you could say it's part of a hobby, it's been a matter for a long time, it's been like that for years," said Natasha Wilona in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, Friday, July 6.

Natasha said that her love for extreme sports was originally just a hobby, but gradually it became a sport that she often lived in.

"Initially I was a hobby, I liked rafting, I was skiing, I was sky diving. I tried yesterday, starting this year I just tried diving. Then I like rock climbing, so it's like I like a team park with extreme people, like games that challenge adrenaline," he explained.

However, the woman who is familiarly called Wilo admitted that she already knew the risks she had when undergoing this extreme sport.

Not surprisingly, Verrel Bramasta's ex-lover often suffered injuries when doing these extreme sports.

"It's funny, I fell really fast once like my head was slammed by chance again ski, really slumped like that. I've been hit by a rock again, I've fallen a dozen times, I don't know. It went back and forth, fell from the face first, the buttocks first, everything, "he added.

"Then I also made it blue. Then I've also been like a score, muscle injury, and it's like a sprain. But really, the child is stubborn, so it's like again," he continued.

Wilo admitted that he was not afraid even though he had been injured many times. For him injury is a lesson for him to be more careful in the future.

"I'm not afraid, I just might keep being more careful. And of course, before doing activities, I hope you don't get any trouble," he said.
