JAKARTA - Korean drama Lovely Runner officially ended its broadcast on Tuesday, May 28. This drama ended with the highest rating during broadcast, which was 5.8 percent.

The two main characters, Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon, revealed their favorite scenes from the drama Lovely Runner. This drama tells the story of a fan who tries to save his idol in their past.

Byeon Woo Seok, who plays Ryu Sun Jae, admitted that his favorite scene was in the last two episodes.

"That was the moment when Sun Jae, who lived for 15 years with memory, met Im Sol. Sun Jae's deep feelings and despair that I felt when acting were very clear," said Byeon Woo Seok quoting Star1.

"I think there are memories that are felt, that's why I remember the scene the most," he said.

Different from Byeon Woo Seok, Kim Hye Yoon actually liked the initial episode when the story started. He feels his role as I'm Sol is the starting point of this drama.

"The scene in episode 2 when Im Sol ran to Sun Jae holding a yellow umbrella," said Kim Hye Yoon.

"I think the first meeting was Sun Jae and Im Sol and the beginning of their relationship at the same time," he said.

The popularity of this drama has become a phenomenon in South Korea as well as internationally. The reason is that when it aired for the first time, this drama received a rating of 3.1 percent and rose slowly. Over time, this drama began to become a concern and was discussed by the audience.

Lovely Runner also held a viewing show with the last episode and held a special event with the audience to appreciate netizens' support for this drama.
