The survey conducted in 2020 of 9,800 women assessed the most comfortable aspects of the country based on concerns about human rights, gender equality, income, progress, and safety.

So, here are the six safest countries for women based on the survey, namely;

Denmark

The Danish state occupies the first position as the safest country for women. The Danish government seeks to improve gender equality by offering a flexible child care system and parental leave policy in the European Union. So, if the child is sick and needs extra care, the parents have the right to take leave.

Sweden

In second place is Sweden. The Swedish government is very concerned about gender equality. In the past, women were very oppressed in Sweden. Finally, the government has taken steps to address this and agree on gender equality between men and women.

Netherlands

Norway
