Worse Conditions, Renjun Absent From NCT Dream Album Promotion

JAKARTA - Unpleasant news came from one of NCT Dream members. Renjun is confirmed to be absent from several group promotions outside South Korea.

Today, Saturday, April 13, the SM Entertainment agency announced that Renjun's health condition is getting worse so he has to miss promotions in the future.

"Due to his deteriorating physical condition, Renjun was not present at the NHK Venue 101 event in Japan on April 13 and a fanign event in China on April 14," the agency announced.

"Renjun is resting and we plan to consider the recovery of our artists as a top priority and managing future activities flexible," they continued.

So far, Renjun has just been announced absent for three activities. However, the agency will provide updates on its activities separately.

"We will do our best to help the recovery process of our artist so that Renjun can greet fans in good condition. Thank you," concluded the agency.

A few days earlier, Renjun was declared absent from a video call session with fans due to his health condition. The agency itself did not mention the cause of Renjun's illness.

In addition, Renjun and NCT Dream are promoting their latest album, DREAM()SCAPE with the main track Smoothie.

Recently, they were confirmed to appear at the Summer Sonic music festival in Japan this year.
