Ayu Azhari To Krisdayanti, Rows Of Artists Failed To Escape To Senayan

JAKARTA - The 2024 election is decorated with many familiar names. Not a few artists are trying their luck or fighting for their aspirations by becoming legislative candidates in the election.

However, fate does not always side with them because of the small number of seats in each election. Not a few who passed, but also some failed to make it to Senayan.

Actress Ayu Azhari ran for office and received 9,911 votes which was low considering that she ran for the DKI Jakarta I electoral district. This is the second time Ayu has participated in a candidacy after 2019 which received similar results.

Nominating through Golkar, it looks like Wanda Hamidah did not return to the chair because she got 10,839 votes. Wanda is in third place out of six legislative candidates running in her area.

Artist Krisna Mukti received 2,880 votes which counted very low. He ran for the electoral district of East Java 1 Surabaya-Sidoarjo, known as the electoral district of 'Neraka'.

The soap opera actor Lucky Perdana who nominated for East Java III also seems to have failed to go to Senayan. He earned 30,410 votes, although large, but it turned out to be still small when compared to others.

Krisdayanti, who returned to support herself, had to swallow bitterly because the number was not as big as before. He got 70,111 votes in this nomination.

Venna Melinda, who nominated for East Java VI, only received 13,989 votes which were also mentioned as low in the acquisition.

Gilang Dirga tried his luck by running for the United Development Party (PPP), but he only managed to collect 4,813 votes.
