Oppenheimer Dominates Victory With 7 Categories In The 2024 Oscar Winners List

JAKARTA - The 96th Academy Awards will be held on Sunday, March 10 local time. Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer again dominated the award with seven awards including Best Picture and Best Director.

We make a film about a man making an atomic bomb and for the better or the worse, we all live in the world of Oppenheimer, "Cillian Murphy said when he accepted his win as Lead Performance.

This victory also felt phenomenal after Christopher Nolan won his first award as Best Director. His name is not relatively new in the award season considering his name has been nominated several times, but this is the first time Nolan has received an award.

Emma Stone also received her second award in the Best Actress category seven years after La La Land. Her appearance, which received a positive response through Poor Things, was a surprise at the award ceremony.

Jonathan Galzer, director of the International Feature-winning Zone of Interest, voiced a political statement condemning the Israeli military's response.
