Injury When Performing Action Scenes, Ariyo Wahab Must Undergo Fisiotherapy

JAKARTA - Artist Ariyo Wahab has returned to play in the action film by the Tawang Khan Production production house entitled Goodminton where he plays Sambara which is one of the heroes in this film.

In the official launch of the poster and trailer, Ariyo shared one experience while filming. Where he experienced an incident, his right hand did not move after undergoing a full day of filming.

"The worst thing was after the last day of shooting us in the city area, we came home from sunrise and when I got home in the right hand car I couldn't move and fortunately it was the last day," said Ariyo Wahab in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, January 30.

As a result, this 49-year-old man had to undergo physiotherapy when he got a week off to stop filming.

"There is indeed a scene debt that is only a week away, so the next day I will be physiotherapy first," he explained.

Ariyo said that this could happen because he used his hand muscle too much. Although he is diligent in exercising, according to Ariyo, the use of muscles for sports and action scenes is very different.

"Because it's overuse, most of them are used to my muscles, I'm not used to it even though I'm exercising, plank, cycling all kinds of muscles are different," he explained.

"So the overuse and muscles are never used, in the end they can't move," he concluded.
