Failed To Present Witnesses At The Divorce Session, Ammar Zoni Surrendered To The Fate Of The Household With Irish Bella

JAKARTA - Ammar Zoni and Irish Bella again underwent a divorce trial represented by their respective attorneys at the Depok Religious Court on Thursday, January 18. The divorce trial itself has the agenda of a witness from Ammar Zoni's side.

Unfortunately, Ammar Zoni again could not bring witnesses after the previous trial had been given an opportunity by the panel of judges. Ammar Zoni's attorney, Jon Mathias, tried to explain the reasons for the absence of witnesses from his side.

Jon explained that he had difficulty presenting witnesses. Ammar, who wants to be a witness, had to be detained because of a drug abuse case some time ago, while his former employee had worked with other people so he refused to be a witness.

"Today we have attended and discussed with Ammar in detention last night, there are difficulties because Ammar is in detention, his witnesses have worked with other people," said Jon Mathias at the Depok Religious Court, Thursday, January 18.

Even so, Jon said that it was enough for evidence from his party to maintain a household with Irish Bella. He also added that he would try to add witness testimony in the conclusion trial.

"We are sufficient because the argument being sued can also be denied in written evidence. Even if there are witnesses, we can attach witness testimony in conclusion," said Jon.

When discussing with Ammar, Jon had time to tell the story of his client who had begun to surrender to his retail trial because his position in detention made it impossible to save his household.

"Yes, I definitely know we are coordinating with Ammar. Because he also said, 'yes, maybe my position is also inside, how can I not force people. That's why I ask for help. Even if it's not there, we'll just continue, '," concluded Jon Mathias.
