Angga Sasongko Presents Multi Genres In 13 Bomb Films In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Angga Dwimas Sasongko and Visinema Pictures presented their latest film at the end of 2023. The 13 Bomb film in Jakarta is the latest offering written with M. Irfan Ramli.

The film 13 Bombs in Jakarta tells the story of a group of terrorists who want to attack Jakarta by placing 13 bombs at various points. The State Intelligence Agency (BIN) led by Damascus (Rukman Rosadi) is aware of the plan and forms a secret agent.

Through his latest film, Angga tries to combine all elements in the action film. So far, he has always tried to choose one or two actions such as car chases or fighting action.

Since the beginning of this film there has been a fight scene, expansion, then car chase, all elements. Almost all the scenes except stunt action, we try to do all the action space," said Angga Sasongko at a press conference for the 13 Bomb film in Jakarta today, Thursday, December 21.

"And if we look at it so far, not many have explored it in one film," he said again.

Angga hopes that Indonesians can work on action films for Indonesian cinema. Although used to working on action scenes, Angga also had difficulty working on 13 Bombs in Jakarta.

"The only way is to take risks and responsibilities with my experience at Wiro Sableng, Stealing Raden Saleh, Ben & Jodi, so do it yourself," said Angga again.

"The first big difficulty is operational licensing, even though there are many scenes that basically use public facilities. For example, in Fatmawati we can only shoot 15 minutes so we make it," said Taufan Adryan.

"Second, from the final production preparation, we not only train players but also stunts, we also train extras. But how do we develop the schedule that is set by our fellow players," added Taufan.

In addition, Angga and Irfan Ramli tried to overhaul the story format and it was different from the narrative of the action story in general.

"This marks more than 10 years I have collaborated with Angga Sasongko. One of the highlights is that the process of all the visions was clear from the start. When we talked about 13 bombs, we played with elements of the story and then we started the opportunity to break up the narrative," said Angga,
