JAKARTA - The Korean drama Death's Game will air starting today, Friday, December 15. This drama has been eagerly awaited by the audience since it was first announced for bringing together Seo In Guk and Park So Dam.

Death's Game tells of Choi Yi Jae (Seo In Guk) who chooses to end his life after failing to save his savings due to bitcoin fraud. Unfortunately, Yi Jae's death was detained by Death (Park So Dam).

Death punishes Yi Jae with a game before being sent to hell. Yi Jae knows that he can still live if he avoids the deaths of those 12 occasions. However Yi Jae had to go through it as someone else.

Death's Game features well-known stars this year. Starting from Seo In Guk, Park So Dam, Kim Ji Hoon, Choi Si Won, Sung Hoon, Kim Kang Hoon, Jang Seung Jo, Lee Jae Wook, Go Younjung, Kim Jae Wook, Kim Mee Kyung, and Lee Do Hyun.

"I started working on the script in January last year. When I wrote it, I had imagined the players. I thought about which actors I wanted to work with and who the actors could produce a good response to the selection process," said director Ha Byung Hoon at a press conference.

Yi Jae's life will be presented in 12 lives with 12 different people. "Every actor plays two characters at once: one as their original character and the other as Yi Jae who incarnates into them," he said again.

Actress Park So-dam chose Death's Game as her latest project after completing treatment after being diagnosed with popiler thyroid cancer in 2021.

"To be honest, recovery is difficult. I think people who have the same experience as me will understand how it feels," said Park So Dam.

Director Ha Byung-hoon presents a story from a realistic executing webtoon. Not infrequently actors do depictions like the details of the scene.

"I actually jumped about 13 times while filming the parachuting scene," said Sung Hoon.

"There are a lot of scenes where I ride a motorcycle, so I make a driver's license," added Jang Seung Jo.
