Ji Sung And Jeon Mi Do Will Star In Drama Connection

JAKARTA - Ji Sung and Jeon Mi Do are confirmed to star in the latest Korean drama titled Connection. SBS as the party that confirmed that these two actors would play the thriller genre drama.

Connection is an investigative thriller drama that tells of a friendship that investigates the death of a friend and high school. This friend died and left 5 billion won as insurance.

Ji Sung will play Jang Jae Kyung, an inspector in the drug team at the Anhyun Police. He was highly respected by his colleagues at the office and tried to keep his distance because he didn't want his weakness to be seen.

Meanwhile Jeon Mi Do will play reporter Oh Yoon Jin who works at Anhyun Economic Daily. He is a person who can't refuse his unfairness and he has been dishonorably dismissed at the office before.

Oh Yoon Jin went to Anhyun and decided to become a reporter and thought friendship was money.

The offer was made to the two actors last September, but at that time they had not confirmed whether they would accept it.

This drama was directed by Lee Tae Gon and written by Lee Hyun who previously worked on the drama Diary of a Prosecutor.

Connection is Jeon Mi Do's latest drama after the drama Thirty-Nine in 2022, as well as Ji Sung who acted through Adamas in the same year.

Meanwhile, the drama Connection is planned to air in the first half of 2024.
