Blooming tells the story of the journey of a pair of brother and sister of the Qingyuan Sword who tries to bring the sect to life. Zhao Tan Tan (Huang Ri Ying) befriended a man, Cui Chen (Fang Yi Lun) with a magic flower on his head.

The flower will thrive if it feels emotional. The magic flower will fall into evil hands. Zhao Tan tries to keep the flower from developing at any time.

Cui Chen and Zhao Tan Tan fight each other and fight often, but that doesn't let the two of them out of wanting to protect each other.
