Jun So Min Leaves Running Man After 6 Years

JAKARTA - Jun So Min will step down from his position as a member of the variety Running Man event. This announcement was made by King Kong by Starship today, Monday, October 23.

"Aktris Jun So Min akan keluar dari Running Man setelah syuting terakhir pada 30 Oktober," tulis agensi King Kong by Starship.

The agency explained that the akris held many discussions about this decision. They said this was related to the condition of the actress so that she needed to rest before doing activities in the future.

"He's going through a long contemplation because this is a program he's been through in a long time, and after discussions with Running Man members and production teams, as well as the agency, we decided he needed time to rest for future activities including acting," the agency said.

"We thank the audience who ran together and cried and laughed with Jun So Min every six years since April 2017 through Running Man, and we ask for warm support for Jun So Min," concluded the agency.

Running Man also made a statement regarding Jun So Min's exit. Without a problem, they appreciated the actress who chose to leave.

"Although Jun So Min ran with Running Man for six years with affect and responsibility, he conveyed the intention that he needed time to rest for his acting activities," Running Man said on the same day.

"Although members and the production team are discussing time with Jun So Min to find ways to be together, we respect Jun So Min's decision," he continued.

Jun So Min joined Running Man in April 2017 with comedian Yang Se Chan. The presence of Jun So Min made Running Man even more colorful considering that at that time his female members were growing.

Running Man continues with six members: Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, HaHa, Kim Jong Kook, Song Ji Hyo, and Yang Se Chan.
