Gus Anom's Clarification Who Is Suspected Of Fraud And Embezzlement To Drag Yadi Sembako's Name

Gus Anom and comedian Yadi Sembako were reported by two people at once, namely Muhammad Adri Permana and Ade Amelia Napitupulu on suspicion of fraud at the South Tangerang Metro Police.

In this case, Muhammad Adri Permana felt a loss of Rp. 198 million, meanwhile Ade Amelia Napitupulu admitted that she had lost Rp. 135 million.

Initially, this case allegedly occurred when Yadi Sembako, who is the Director of PT Gudang Artist, held a company release event and allegedly gave an empty check to Adri and Ade Amelia's event organizers.

Gus Anom as Commissioner of PT Gudang Antis then clarified that when he gave a check to Muhammad Adri Permana, he had already said that the check had not been filled by the investor.

"This check was written on the 24th (August), we talked at the beginning if the check had not been received," said Gus Anom when met in Sudirman, Central Jakarta, Monday, October 9.

Even so, Gus Anom also explained that his party had tried to ratify to redeem the blank check by providing guarantees in the form of a car belonging to someone named Tommy.

"Investors were late in entering, but we guarantee good faith there is a car there," said Gus Anom.

Furthermore, for Ade Amelia Napitupulu, PT Gudang Artist felt that there was no cooperation contract. Dosma Roha Sijabat as the attorney said the reporting party must disclose the cooperation contract with PT Gudang Artist.

If the contract can be proven, then Gus Anom and Yadi Sembako are willing to take responsibility.

"We question the contract in question, and the minutes. There should be minutes in the project if it has been implemented," said Dosma Roha Sijabat.

"If we have a responsibility, we will clean it up," he continued.

For information, Yadi Sembako was reported to the South Tangerang Police by Muhammad Adri Permana on Tuesday, September 12 and by Ade Amelia Napitupulu on Friday, October 6.
