JAKARTA- Alexandra Gottardo has a unique way to divide the time between working and caring for her child as a single parent. She had to move to four different regions in the last 15 years.

"I don't live in one place, I live in Batam, Jakarta and Bali, parents and family in Malang," said Alexandra Gottardo to the media crew in Gandaria, South Jakarta last week.

It is not without reason that Alexandra Gottardo can move four times to live in one month. When there is a film or serial project, then she will spend a lot of time in Jakarta. However, on the sidelines of her busy life, she also has to go elsewhere to take care of her only business and children, Charleteanakode.

Alexandra admitted that she had tried to stay in one place, but this was difficult to do.

"I can't, I've tried. The reason is because Bali I still have work and a place to live, there is a business. In Jakarta there is also a place to live, Malang too. It's already fate for the time," said Alexandra Gottardo.

"That's why I go to Jakarta like this, two or three days, I go home again. It can never take long," he continued.

Life changing places for a dozen years did not make it difficult for Alexandra. He feels used to such a lifestyle.

However, it is undeniable that his son often protested because he did not have much time together. Luckily, the child can still receive the explanation he gave.

"If you complain, you must complain, but the name is working, it must still be done. Just give understanding, yes, a simple understanding, like the mother has work, tomorrow or two days you will come home," he said.

Therefore, Alexandra did not dare to star in soap operas after having children. The soap opera for him took a lot of time, and he could not control the schedule to share time with his other children and businesses.

"If I shoot a series or film, it's already a time period, so I can control it. But if I shoot soap operas I can't control it, because the shooting depends on the rating. I can't do that because I still have small children," said Alexandra Gottardo.

"Only, if you say what the priority is, the priority is to have as much time as possible with your child," he said.
