Left Behind By Father, Sitha Marino Feels Deep Sad

JAKARTA - Sitha Marino felt deep sorrow after her father reportedly died a few days ago. The actress, who is also Putri Marino's youngest sister, cannot say much about her father.

Sitha gave a short answer when asked about the news. "When it comes to my father, I still can't tell the story," said Sitha Marino when met in the Setibudi area on Tuesday, January 10.

Similar to her brother, Putri Marino, Sitha did not have much reaction on social media. The news of his father's death was first revealed to the public by Chicco Jerikho, the husband of Putri.

Even so, in the midst of his grief Sitha still took the time to undergo the promotion of his latest film, Ballad Si Roy, which was his first acting on the big screen.

Playing the role of Dewi, she admits that she learns a lot from the film. "This film teaches many things, about friendship, kinship, loss, but in the end you will also find something very valuable," said Sitha.

In undergoing the shooting process, Sitha was also fully supported by her lover, Bastian Steel. Although not present at the gala premiere of her first film, Sitha admitted that her lover often accompanied her to the set.

"Bastian really agrees (I play movies), but he can't come (the premiere) because there is still filming. But he often takes me on the set," he said.
