Winky Wiryawan And Osvaldo Nugroho Collaborate With Sara Fajira, Release A Fresh Song Entitled ‘Sassy’

JAKARTA - Winky Wiryawan and Osvaldo Nugroho released a new single titled Sassy. This time, they hired Sara Fajira as a singer.

Sassy is a dance music track that is sprinkled with progressive house nuances and a catchy guitar playing theme.

The concept of Sassy is a form of exploration of electronic music in the club era in the 2000s, but is colored by the pull of modern vocals from Sara.

Sassy himself tells the other side of women who can also be like men, who travel around the world, spread charm, play here and there, don't get carried away by feelings, there is no relationship or bond between each other, looking for fun and happiness only for himself.

"Maybe this is one of the representatives for women who also feel the same way. It's really adorable," said Sara excitedly in an official statement received by VOI, Saturday, May 21.

Meanwhile, Winky said, Sassy's song is one of the original club friendly tracks that all DJs can play.

"With the progressive house sound of my era and Osvaldo's thick vocal composition and Sara, it reminds me of the 2000s sounds that I often played in the event series 'Basement Of Heaven' (BOH)," said Winky.

“Winky and I really like going through the passage of time in our careers and we pour it through the sounds in this Sassy song. And Sara's vocals are very representative of today's EDM scene as a manifestation that we are still consistent in our music career and DJ (profession),” said Osvaldo.

Sassy was released via ON Musik and distributed through Warner Music Indonesia. This song can be heard on various digital platforms starting May 20.
