Tezos Gandeng Magic To Make Access To Crypto Wallets Easy Without Seed Phrase

JAKARTA - Tezos (XTZ), an open-source blockchain platform, and Magic, a Web3 wallet solution provider, has announced integration that will address Web3 challenges such as authentication and on-boarding experiences. This integration is expected to create more opportunities for developers to build innovative user-friendly solutions, which will encourage decentralized technology to become generally accepted.

Sean Li, co-founder and CEO of Magic, stated that the two companies have similarities in terms of security and have introduced many people to Web3 through big brands like Ubisoft. He stressed that Magic has always wanted to simplify the complexity around crypto wallets for multi-chain transactions.

Arthur Breitman, co-founder of Tezos, also stated that this partnership will make decentralized applications available to more users. By combining Tezos' secure and scalable infrastructure with Magic's intuitive authentication and wallet solutions, they help developers build decentralized applications accessible to wider audiences.

Tezos has revealed that there will be a next stage for this integration, which involves the implementation of a well-known Web2 login channel to make the onboarding process for applications built on Tezos easier.

Crypto Wallet Without Seed Phrase

Based on the collaboration of the two blockchain companies and similar functionality, Tezos has been included in the Magic blockchain platform, which also includes other leading figures in industry such as Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Flow.

This integration has managed to collect important data, with Magic getting more than 1500 downloads of their Tezos extension. In addition, thousands of wallets have been created by Magic on the Tezos blockchain this year.

This partnership is Tezos' attempt to end the use of traditional passwords and reduce the complexity of logging into crypto wallets, thus providing easy access for users.

Tezos (XTZ) and Magic have strengthened their position by working together to carry updates to the Web3 environment. This strategic partnership aims to facilitate the creation of Web3 wallets and improve user experience, by presenting solutions that allow the creation of crypto wallets without the need to use seed phase, download, or plug-in.

Additional information, seed phase, also known as Secret Recovery Phrase (SRP) or the phrase seed recovery, is the order of words used to back up and recover crypto wallets. This is a representation of private key and makes it easier for users to manage the private key.

Usually, seed prise usually consists of 12 to 24 words generated at a certain order and is used as a backup mechanism for crypto wallet users to regain access and control over their funds in block chains. Seed prishe is very important because if you forget crypto wallet passwords, seed prise allows owners to recover access to their crypto assets.
