JAKARTA - Zhang Xin Cheng is back with his third drama this year, Tender Light. He is also Tong Yao's co-star through this romance mystery thriller drama.

This drama is adapted from the Xiao Nan Feng novel created by Jiu Yue Xi. Directed by Yao Xiao Feng, these two characters will tell their lives from the city of Qingshui.

The following is a synopsis of the drama Tender Light:

Zhou Luo (Zhang Xin Cheng) is a student with an A score, becoming the first person from the city of Qingshui to enter a prestigious university. However, before completing his title, he returned to Qingshui and went to a special school to repeat one school year.

His decision caused a stir in this small town. Zhou Lou faced criticism from the surrounding community. However, if it weren't for the criticism, he didn't know the person who was also the talk of the town, Nan Ya (Tong Yao).

Nan Ya is a very beautiful clothing store owner, and there are always many rumors about her. She travels between clothing stores and homes every day, taking care of her sick daughter, Wan Wan (Xing Yun Jia).

When Zhou Luo got to know Nan Ya even more, she realized that Nan Ya's marriage was unhappy, and her husband, Xu Yi (Dean Liu), a businessman, had a brutal side at home.

Zhou Luo has witnessed how Nan Ya was attacked by Xu Yi. In addition, a criminal case is related to Xu Yi's business and put Nan Ya in danger.
