COVID-19 Positive Hollywood Celebrity, James Corden Exposed To Mild Symptoms Thanks To Vaccine

JAKARTA - Presenter James Corden has become the latest Hollywood celebrity to experience COVID-19. Through his personal account, he shared an article in the Note application. He gave a brief description of his health condition.

"I tested positive for COVID-19. I have been fully vaccinated and because of this I am fortunate to say I am doing well," said James Corden on Friday, January 7.

The Late Late Show with James Corden was affected. As a result, the show will not air until January 18th.

Apart from James Corden, several talk show presenters such as Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon also announced that they had tested positive for COVID-19.

On the other hand, singer John Mayer also tested positive for COVID-19 while undergoing a concert. Although not announced directly, his concert with Dead & Company was canceled for several dates including in Mexico this week.

Meanwhile, cases of COVID-19 in the United States are on the rise. On Thursday, cases reached 37,215 per day. The situation in hospitals and the number of people who died also rose again.
