Grateful And Not Giving Up, Ari Lasso Undergoes Fourth Chemotherapy

JAKARTA - Singer Ari Lasso just underwent a chemotherapy session a few days ago. Through his personal account, he shared the moment and reflected on the many things he went through this year.

"Going through chemotherapy past midnight gave me a lot of time to think, reflect, contemplate, be grateful, be grateful for God's endless blessings," said Ari Lasso on Instagram on Tuesday, December 7.

The singer of Jangan Pasrah (Don't Give Up) is grateful because God continues to give him goodness. "Really, without His intervention and inclusion, it would be impossible for me to survive until chemo 4 (which means less than two more)," he continued.

Still, in the same post, Ari Lasso also wrote a message of encouragement to people who are doing the same thing as him. He also thanked those who supported him.

"Because the spirit and strength that come from people who care are truly miraculous. Keep fighting. Keep the faith," he said.

Ari Lasso is undergoing treatment for his spleen cancer. He started experiencing symptoms last July, so he immediately checked his condition.

The operation has gone well but Ari will continue to do therapy to cure the tumor. This had hindered the production process of the song Angel is Real. However, now Ari Lasso is focusing on treatment at the hospital.
