Ruben Onsu's Side Denies Insulting Giorgio Antonio Soal Content at His House

JAKARTA - The relationship between Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah after the divorce lawsuit seems to be getting hotter. Recently, Ruben was suspected of making a veiled reference to the content created at their residence. In response to this, Ruben Onsu's lawyer, Minola Sebayang, spoke up to clarify his client's intentions.

"Yes, if I feel this is not a satire, yes. But it means he just wants to give a message. That is, even if we want to do a content work for our own interests, especially in a situation where we seem to be in our own residence, we should not use the house where people are still in the process of settling property," said Minola Sebayang via Zoom, Tuesday, June 16.

Minola explained that the status of ownership of the assets is currently still in the stage of legal division. Although there have been discussions about division, legally it has not been fully controlled by one party alone.

"Because even though there has been a division, but this is still not fully controlled by each party. So it means that Ruben may want to say that even if we want to look strong, yes, it means that we do not use facilities which facilities are also the contribution of others in it, namely the contribution of Ruben," he said.

This question is even more strange because Ruben feels that he is often not involved in important moments of his baby. Ruben regrets that there are outsiders who often appear at the facilities he built with Sarwendah.

"This is only in important events like graduation, ballet, and so on, Ruben has never been involved. Even if he comes, he never has the opportunity to be able to take a photo together. Shouldn't there be a photo with S, Ruben and his children, even if they have separated," continued Minola.

Ruben's disappointment peaked when he saw the photos circulating on social media. Minola said his client felt there was an attempt to distance the figure of the biological father from the children's memories.

"What emerges is actually photos of S with other people with children. So the impression is to replace the biological father of the children to someone else, while the other person also does not have any bond. So this is what might make Ruben tired," he said again.

Ruben himself admitted that Minola was at a saturation point. His desire to just get together with Thalia and Thania seemed to keep hitting a dead end and being turned around.

"I'm tired of it too, Mas. Before this problem got bigger, I was tired because Ruben had tried various ways to be able to meet his son, but it was always like that. Throw it here and there," said Minola.

Regarding the future strategy, Ruben Onsu's party is now perfecting a more serious legal step. Preparation for child custody lawsuits has also begun to be worked on by a team of lawyers.

"Now we are preparing a lawsuit. We are preparing everything, including for taking care of custody. Well, if later the lawsuit is completed and Ruben feels it is okay, maybe we will register it in the near future," he said.

Minola closed his statement with the hope that the opposing party could be wiser and see the facts realistically for the mental well-being of children who are still minors.

"Don't let this child be confused. This child is still a minor. Don't let this child have no emotional closeness with his father, feel that his father is not attentive, even though his father is fighting for him," concluded Minola Sebayang.
