JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAl has prepared a Free Motorcycle Transport (Motis) program by train for the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year (Nataru) holiday periods.
KAl President Director Bobby Rasyidin said KAI together with the Ministry of Transportation would carry out a special program from the government regarding the Nataru holiday, namely Motis.
Bobby said, the capacity of the Motis program this time was prepared to target 5,568 motorcycles and 12,720 passengers.
"This free motorbike transportation is in collaboration with the Director General of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation," he said at a press conference at Gambir Station, Jakarta, Tuesday, November 25.
Bobby said the program lasted for 12 days from December 23 to 30 and January 2 to 5, 2026.
"We will open the registration on December 1 to January 4, 2026," he said.
