JCI At The Beginning Of The Week Is Projected To Move Near 7,000, Check Out Stock Recommendations

JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) is predicted to consolidate this week. Phintraco Sekuritas in its research estimates that the JCI this week will move in the range of 7.000 resistance, 6,900 pivots, and 6,800 support.

Phintraco Sekuritas explained that the Wall Street Index last week closed higher, driven by the achievement of the US-Vietnam trade deal and increased optimism about the US economy after June's nonfarm payroll data were better than expected.

Not only that, Phintraco Sekuritas said, President Trump signed the US state tax and expenditure bill into law on Friday last week.

This week, the focus of market attention on the development of trade agreements between the US and its trading partners. Trump began to send letters to 12 countries regarding the amount of tariffs they would face," wrote Phintraco Sekuritas.

Phintraco Sekuritas added that investors will also pay close attention to FOMC minutes to seek further clarity regarding the direction of the Fed's monetary policy this year. The 2025 second quarter financial reporting season will begin this week.

Phintraco Sekuritas mengatakan, OPEC+ akan meningkatkan produksi minyak sebesar 548 ribu bpd mulai Agustus 2025, lebih cepat dari sebelumnya 411 ribu bpd per bulan periode Mei-Juli 2025.

Domestically, Phintraco Sekuritas confirmed, this week data will be released on foreign exchange reserves, sales of motorbikes and cars, consumer confidence and retail sales. Indonesian delegations are scheduled to sign an MoU with the US on July 7, 2025.

Indonesia offers a commitment to purchase US products in the long term worth 34 billion US dollars, above the US trade balance deficit against Indonesia of 19 billion US dollars. The purchase includes the purchase of energy worth 15.5 billion US dollars.
