Buana Finance Says Financing Salurkan Is IDR 4.08 Trillion In 2024

JAKARTA - PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) recorded that throughout 2024 it will disburse financing or credit of IDR 4.08 trillion, an increase of 7.10 percent compared to 2023 of IDR 3.79 trillion.

As for 2024, the Company shows business resilience in the midst of the dynamics of the financing industry where the Company's new financing distribution in the consumer financing segment is recorded at IDR 3.24 trillion, while in the financing rental segment IDR 533.27 billion and IDR 315.03 billion in receivables.

In addition, Buana Finance has successfully held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Monday, May 19, 2025.

In the meeting, shareholders have approved various strategic agendas, including the use of the Company's Net Profit for the 2024 financial year and the distribution of dividends for shareholders.

On the other hand, the Company's total assets were recorded at IDR 6.63 trillion, a growth of 14.59 percent compared to the previous year. The growth in total assets was mainly due to an increase in net financing receivables by 16.65 percent from the previous IDR 5.26 trillion to IDR 6.14 trillion.

The company managed to record a total revenue of IDR874.93 billion in 2024, an increase of 20.55 percent compared to 2023.

Meanwhile, the current year's net profit was recorded at IDR 66.07 billion, reflecting the Company's commitment to maintaining profitability amid industrial challenges.

Despite the increase in the level of non-performing financing (NPF) to 1.97 percent from 0.74 percent the previous year, this figure remains below the average financing industry.

Then, the company continues to take risk mitigation steps and optimize the financing distribution strategy in order to maintain asset quality.

In addition, the Company ensures that the strategic steps that have been set will support sustainable business growth and provide added value for all shareholders.
