One of the strategic steps taken is the placement of 170 Customer Service Mobile (CSM) officers at 39 stations in various Operation Areas (Daop) and Regional Division (Divre).
The officers are tasked with providing information and assisting customers in various needs during their trip.
As part of the sustainability commitment, KAI also continues to expand the provision of water stations to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles. Four additional stations, namely Kertapati, Lamongan, Wonokromo, and Sidoarjo, are now equipped with this facility.
"Thus, a total of 28 stations now provide water stations, allowing customers to refill drinking water independently and support an environmentally friendly lifestyle," added Anne.
Anne emphasized that KAI continues to be committed to providing the best service for customers in welcoming the Eid 2025 transportation period.
In fact, as a form of appreciation to customers who travel during the holy month of Ramadan, KAI again presents free takjil sharing programs at various stations.
This program will last for 10 days, from D-10 to D-1 Lebaran, with a total of 34,400 takjil packages distributed at 21 large stations ahead of the breaking of the fast. The initiative aims to provide more comfort for customers who break their fast on trips and in the station area.
"KAI always provides the best service for customers, including in the month of Ramadan. This takjil is a form of our concern for customers who are on their way before breaking the fast," said Anne.
