Again, Sido Muncul President Director David Hidayat Adds SIDO Share Ownership Portion

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) David Hidayat again increased his share ownership portion on February 7 and 10, 2025.

In a written statement released on Tuesday, February 11, David Hidayat said that he had purchased 3,650,000 shares of SIDO at a price of Rp555-Rp565 per share.

For information on February 5 and 6, 2025, David Hidayat once bought 4.690,000 shares of SIDO at a price of IDR 567-IDR 573 per share.

"The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership," he said.

After this transaction, David Hidayat's total share ownership in SIDO increased to 9,245,700 shares or equivalent to 0.031 percent of the total outstanding shares, compared to the previous 5,595,700 shares or equivalent to 0.019 percent.
