STNK Extension Via LinkAja, Minimize The Spread Of COVID-19 When Crowding At Samsat

JAKARTA - LinkAja is expanding its benefits in the country as one of the financial technology (fintech) service platforms. Most recently, Link Aja serves the extension of the Vehicle Number Certificate (STNK) from home.

"With LinkAja, if you want to extend your STNK, you can. Want to shop for credit, you can. Want to shop online, you can. Shop at traditional markets? You can. Want to pay for GoFood, GrabFood, online motorcycle taxis? Yes. So anything can," said the President Director LinkAja, Haryati Lawidjaja in a virtual media gathering of LinkAja's 2nd anniversary, Wednesday 30 June.

Haryati explained that the STNK extension service through LinkAja is expected to be a solution to minimize the spread of COVID-19 because people do not need to come to the Samsat office, or tax payment points. People only need to do all the processes of managing vehicle taxes and vehicle registration, paying taxes and other levies from home.

"To enjoy this service, users simply open the LinkAja application, select the Tax Services menu, then place an order for the service and upload files (such as STNK and KTP)," she explained.

Furthermore, said Haryati, customers choose the type of motor vehicle registration service that will be used and enter the details of the motorized vehicle. Then make the payment, and the document will be picked up by the courier for processing at the Samsat office and there is a delivery process to the user's address.

After making payment, the customer can check the status of the service order which includes the document pick-up process, document processing, and document delivery in the Track Order section. The process of picking up, processing, and delivering documents for the registration of STNK will be processed within 3x24 hours.

Currently, said Haryati, there are already 71 million LinkAja users. There are also 400 thousand merchants spread throughout Indonesia who have partnered with LinkAja.

"From there, the number of LinkAja transactions was recorded at Rp1.4 billion in the past year. There are more than 750 thousand markets that cooperate," said Haryati.
