Fuel Stock Is Still Empty, Shell Has Not Agreed To Buy Base Fuel From Pertamina

JAKARTA - Shell Indonesia has not yet agreed to purchase basic fuel or base fuel from PT Pertamina (Persero). Thus, until now the stock of fuel in all Shell gas stations is still empty.

President Director & Managing Director of Mobility Shell Indonesia, Ingrid Siburian, said that the agreement between the two business entities had not been reached so that purchases could not be made.

"Shell Indonesia wants to inform you that currently there has not reached a business-to-business (B2B) agreement related to the commercial aspect for the supply of base fuel from Pertamina Patra Niaga," said Ingrid, Friday, October 31.

However, Shell ensures that his party continues to coordinate with the relevant government and other stakeholders so that gasoline-type fuel products are available again at the Shell gas station network in accordance with operational safety standards, procedures and guidelines for fuel procurement, as well as Shell's high-quality fuel standards globally.

Pada kesempatan yang sama Ingrid juga menyampaikan permintaan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dialami pelanggan yang belum bisa mengisi BBM dengan produk Shell.

"Kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi," tandas Shell.

On the same occasion, Ingrid also apologized for the inconvenience experienced by customers who have not been able to fill their fuel with Shell products.

"We apologize for the inconvenience," said Shell.
