Pertamina Ensures Safe Fuel Supply After Tank Fire Incident At Kemanggisan Gas Station

JAKARTA PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional West Java (JBB) ensures that the supply of fuel oil (BBM) for the community remains safe after the tank car fire incident at gas stations 3411403, Jalan Kemanggisan Utama Raya, West Jakarta.

The fuel tanker fire incident occurred on Saturday, October 11 at around 03.45 WIB.

Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR Pertamina Patra Niaga JBB Regional, Susanto August Satria confirmed that in that incident there were no fatalities, while two people suffered minor injuries and had received medical treatment.

Furthermore, Susanto also said that the fire was successfully extinguished by the fire fighting team shortly after the incident.

"The gas station area has been declared safe. Currently, we are conducting sterilization and temporary closure for the evacuation process and further investigation," he said when contacted by VOI, Sunday, October 12.

Susanto also ensured that the supply of fuel for the community remained safe after the tank car fire incident at the 3411403 gas station, Jalan Kemanggisan Utama Raya, West Jakarta.

"Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional JBB ensures that the distribution of fuel to the community continues to run normally through the transfer of supplies to the nearest gas station 3411407," he said.

Susanto appreciated the quick response of all parties, ranging from gas station officers, fire fighting teams, to local officials who were quick to carry out initial handling.

"Good coordination on the ground makes the situation under control quickly and the impact can be minimized," he said.
