Deputy Minister Tiko: The Distribution Of BUMN Dividends To Danantara Is Still Calculated

JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Kartika Wirjoatmodjo said that the government is still calculating the distribution of BUMN dividends to the Anagata Nusantara Resources Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) or Danantara Indonesia.

This was conveyed by a man who is familiarly called Tiko after attending the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of SOEs and the Ministry of Trade regarding the Synergy of MSME Development and Empowerment Ready for Export, at the Ministry of Trade Office, Jakarta, February 24.

"Not yet. Again calculated, again calculated (the distribution of BUMN dividends to Danantara Indonesia)," he said.

Launching the final draft of the BUMN Draft Law which has been ratified into law, Article 3F states that Danantara is indeed tasked with managing BUMN dividends.

In carrying out its duties, Danantara has the authority to manage investment holding dividends, Operational Holding dividends, and BUMN dividends.

In addition, it also approved the addition and/or reduction of capital participation in SOEs sourced from dividend management. Then, together with the minister formed an Investment Holding and Operational Holding.

Then, together with the minister, he agreed to the proposal to delete the book and/or delete the collection of state-owned assets proposed by the Investment Holding or

Operational holding. Then, Danantara has the authority to provide loans, receive loans, and secure assets with the President's approval.

The Danantara has the authority to ratify and consult the completeness tools of the DPR RI in charge of SOEs on the work plan and budget of the Holding Investment and Operational Holding companies.

Previously, President Prabowo Subianto officially launched the Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) today. Danantara is authorized to manage investment holding dividends, operational holdings, and BUMN dividends.
