In commemoration of Kartini's Day 2021, the FHCI through the Indonesian BUMN Srikandi community together with the Ministry of BUMN held a commemoration entitled "Women in Leadership: Achieving a Competitive and Igniting Change" to appreciate the role and contribution of women in leadership, especially in BUMN.

This event was officially opened by the Minister of BUMN Erick Thohir and featured the UN Women Indonesia Representative and Liaison to ASEAN speaker Jamshed M Kazi and the Advisory Board for SDG Academy Indonesia Erna Witoelar.
