Prabowo Officially Hands Over DIPA And TKD Digitally, Sri Mulyani Reveals To Be A Symbol Of Starting The 2025 State Budget

President Prabowo Subianto has officially submitted a Budget Implementation List (DIPA) and the Regional Transfer Allocation Book (TKD) for Fiscal Year 2025 to Ministries and Institutions digitally at the State Palace in Jakarta, Tuesday, December 10.

Meanwhile, President Prabowo Subianto was accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Chairman of the National Economic Council (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto and Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati.

Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati said that this submission also became a symbol of the start of the 2025 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).

"For this reason, Mr. President, with all due respect, we ask for the willingness to symbolically hand over DIPA to all Ministers and Leaders of Institutions and the list of transfer allocations to the 2025 regions to the governors and at the same time provide direction in the implementation of the 2025 State Budget," he said during the submission of DIPA, Tuesday, December 10.

Sri Mulyani said the preparation of DIPA had gone through a digitalization process starting from budget planning including the signing of DIPA electronically which succeeded in simplifying the ratification process of DIPA from 12 stages to 4 stages using magic applications.

Sri Mulyani conveyed that the 2025 State Budget was prepared during the transition period of the government resulting from the 2025 Pilling. Where in the drafting process, the Government and the DPR have communicated and consulted with the elected President so that the President-elect priority development program can be optimally accommodated in the 2025 State Budget.

"The support of the House of Representatives is very constructive and good in the preparation of the 2025 State Budget Law, including in providing flexibility to anticipate the format and priority of the new government," he said.

Sri Mulyani conveyed with extraordinary good cooperation so that the entire process of discussing the 2025 State Budget Law can be completed properly according to schedule.

In addition, Sri Mulyani also appreciated the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) in maintaining the integrity and accountability of state financial management which is an important milestone in realizing a clean, transparent, and responsible government. .

According to Sri Mulyani, the State Budget is an important instrument that greatly determines the progress of a nation.

And the State Budget is a mainstay instrument in protecting the community and the economy in dealing with various turmoil, shocks, and crises.

"This important role requires the state budget to continue to maintain its health, credibility, and sustainability so that it does not become a source of problems," he said.
