Transition Team Reveals Pramono-Rano Priority Program: Benahi Carut-marut KJP To Add Residential

JAKARTA - The head of the Pramono-Rano Transitional Team revealed a number of priority programs for the elected Governor-Deputy Governor of Jakarta Pramono Anung-Rano Karno (Doel) when he took office.

One of them is the improvement of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) Plus program which is currently still problematic. Pramono-Rano wants to immediately fix the data collection on KJP recipients, where there is still something wrong with the target.

"In the short term, it's like regarding KJP which has been crowded. We want to analyze and call related parties in the sense of having problems at Samsat, at Bapendanya, that's what we have to integrate," said the Head of the Transitional Team, Ima Mahdiah to reporters, Friday, January 10.

Then, Pramono-Rano will also prioritize the continuation of river normalization development as one of the flood prevention.

Then, installing surveillance cameras or CCTV in public spaces, to parks that will be opened for 24 hours.

"So we need CCTV monitors and no less important we have to prepare behind the scenes. We have to monitor, we have to really become security to the community," said Ima.

Not only that, Pramono-Rano will also start collecting data on assets belonging to the local government that can be used for residential construction. Mainly, the assets used are unused buildings.

"So, for example, what service PIC is still neglected, we have to pursue. So, apart from being efficient, we just have to fix the land for these flats," explained Ima.

"Yes, hopefully, in no time there will be a long wait, he and he can execute immediately. So we are really preparing it very carefully," he added.

Previously, Pramono Anung announced the list of the transition teams he formed with the elected Deputy Governor of Jakarta Rano Karno. This transition team will assist Pramono-Rano to prepare a work program before being officially inaugurated to lead Jakarta.

There are 14 names that Pramono-Rano (Doel) has withdrawn as members of his transition team, as well as 2 supporters. Some names are PDI-P cadres (PDIP) and others are professionals and academics from various fields.

"The names we chose are representing what has helped me so far, what helps Bang Doel and the people who work professionally," said Pramono.
