The Ministry of Public Works (PU) reports that the progress of the IKN Airport runway construction has reached more than 70 percent. The project is targeted for completion in February 2025.
The progress was conveyed by the Director General of Highways at the Ministry of Public Works, Rachman Arief Dienaputra. He said that currently there is still asphalt coating work that needs to be completed.
"We are still developing (the runway). Hopefully we will finish it in February (2025). Right, we will build an air side. The land side is the Ministry of Transportation," he said at the PU Ministry office, Friday, November 8.
