As Chairman Of The DEN, Luhut Will Help Prabowo's Government For Economic Digitization

JAKARTA - Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan was appointed to lead the National Economic Council in the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka era. He also played a role in helping the government digitize the national economic system to become more efficient.

This was conveyed by Luhut at the Jakarta Presidential Palace complex, after being inaugurated as Chairman of the National Economy Council of the Red and White Cabinet for the period 2024-2029 by President Prabowo Subianto at the Merdeka Palace.

"Mr. President Prabowo asked to help with our better governance, because that governance with digitization, I think it can make us more efficient," he said, quoting Antara.

Luhut hopes that the presence of the National Economic Council in the composition of the government cabinet can now support the Ministry of Ministries / Institutions' Mineral and Coal Information System.

Luhut said that the digitization of the national economic system was part of Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka's quick win program as President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia.

The National Economic Council, said Luhut, is targeting the realization of the improvement of the economic digitization system in the work duration of 1 to 2 years.
