JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) provided credit facilities to the subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), namely PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte).

Bank Mandiri Senior Executive Vice President Corporate Banking Mochamad Rizaldi explained, in total the facilities provided to two subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk are worth IDR 2 trillion.

Meanwhile, in providing this credit facility, PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR), which is also a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk, acts as a guarantor. This credit facility is valid for 3 years since the signing of the Credit Agreement, namely on May 30, 2024.

For information, until the end of April 2024, Bank Mandiri has disbursed loans to the telecommunications sector amounting to IDR 30.7 trillion.
