KCIC Launches Frequenthadher Card, Users Can Get More Saving Tickets

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) launched a new service for loyal passengers

This service can be ordered from June 1, 2024.

KCIC's GM Corporate Secretary, Eva Chairunisa, explained that the service is intended for passengers who want to useASH regularly more efficiently.

Furthermore, Eva said that the Frequentwasher Card service is also a form of appreciation to the passengers who regularly useASH.

"By using this card, passengers can enjoy 10 Premium Economy classes at flat rates even though the trip is done during peak hours," Eva said in an official statement, Thursday, May 30.

Eva said that the Frequenthadher Card can only be obtained at the Halim Station Counter during operating hours from 09.00 to 17.00 at a cost of Rp. 1,750,000.

If calculated, then the price of one ticket to travel is only Rp. 175.000. This is certainly more economical than buying a normal Premium Economic class ticket with dynamic rates, especially during peak hours, weekends and long holiday moments," he explained.

Furthermore, Eva said that for passengers who are interested in owning a Frequent total card, there is a promo for the first 100 buyers in the form of an additional 2 free trips. This means that by only paying Rp1,750,000, passengers can get up to 12 trips.

Through this program, continued Eva, travel expenses with Whoosh are cheaper and will be very profitable for passengers who regularly useASH.

This is a new program and an effort to improve services for passengers. In the future, we will continue to strive to develop and bring new innovations so that services for passengers are better and more optimal," said Eva.

The following are the terms for using the Frequent trashher Card:

1. The card owner came to the Halim Station counter, Padalarang, or Tegalluar by showing the Frequent flasher Card and the original identity of the card owner to carry out the departure schedule selection process.

2. Frequentashher Card only applies to one passenger and cannot be transferred.

3. Redeem or ticket exchange can be done for one trip or directly on several trips as long as seating is still available on selected schedules.

4. Tickets that have been redeemed cannot be canceled or exchanged.

5. Redeem tickets can only be done on weekdays from 09.00 to 17.00 in the same month as the month recorded as the FrequentUSHer Card validity period.

6. Tickets can be used for weekend departures and holiday moments.

7. If the travel quota is not used in full according to the usage deadline, the quota is considered charred and cannot be cashed.
