Menhub Blak-blakan 6 PSN Yang Baru Bisa Selesai Di Pemerintahan Prabowo-Gibran

JAKARTA - Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi has been outspoken about the National Strategic Project (PSN) in the transportation sector. He said, there are six projects that can only be completed after 2024 or the Prabowo-Gibran administration.

Budi said that of the 35 PSN worked on by the Ministry of Transportation, only 25. Meanwhile, the other four are targeted for completion this year. While the remaining six are completed after 2024.

Budi highlighted two projects from six PSN projects that will be completed after 2024 or in a new government. The two projects are worked on by the private sector with the KPBU system in South Sumatra and Jambi.

"Four projects will be completed this year and there are still two projects that may have to be completed or completed next year," he said at the PSN National Working Meeting for Acceleration and Pre-Evaluation in Jakarta, Tuesday, May 14.

"Two that have not been initiated by us but are carried out by the private sector. One in South Sumatra, one in Jambi, all of them are private but we initiated land, after that our land is KPBU to the private sector," he continued.

The six PSNs that will finish in 2024 are LRT Jakarta Velodrome-Manggarai, MRT Jakarta East-West, MRT Jakarta North-South, Logistics Infrastructure East Kalimantan, Palembang Baru Port, and Muaro Jambi Container Port.

Previously, it was reported that the Minister of Transportation (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi reported that he had completed 25 national strategic projects (PSN) in the transportation sector. The project was completed in the period 2020 to 2024.

Budi said the project that had been completed consisted of 11 projects in the sea transportation sector, seven projects in the railway sector, and seven projects in the air transportation sector.

"If we talk quantitatively, the Ministry of Transportation has reached 82 percent, namely 25 projects have been completed 7 in the air, 7 on the train, 11 at the port," he said at the National Working Meeting for the Acceleration and Pre-Evaluation of PSN in Jakarta, Tuesday, May 14.
