Protect Vulnerable Workers, The Movement And Continues To Be Socialized By BPJamsostek To Participants

JAKARTA - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJamsostek) Cilincing held a socialization of the Employment Social Security (Jamsostek) program and benefits to PT Tainan Enterprises Indonesia Cianjur branch workers, on Tuesday, April 22, 2024.

Not only socialization, this activity is also an opportunity for dialogue between BPJamsostek Cilincing and the workers, where not a few workers do not yet understand the various benefits of Jamsostek.

"We are grateful to be able to socialize as well as have direct dialogue with workers. We hope that this activity will be useful not only for workers, but the information obtained can be disseminated to families and the environment around workers," said Haryani Rotua Melasari, Head of the BPJamsostek Cilincing Branch Office.

Ani, Haryani's nickname, said that BPJamsostek Cilincing officers on the occasion also conveyed that related to the Participation or Prosperity Program of Workers Around You, it is a movement to invite parties to become donors in paying membership fees for vulnerable workers.

"As office or formal workers, we can set aside fortunes to register workers in the neighborhood around the house such as household assistants (ART), drivers, Gardeners, security guards, scavengers, marbon mosques, and others," explained Ani.

There are 2 protection programs that can be registered as the basic protection for the BPU group (not the wage recipient), namely Work Accident Insurance (JKK) and Death Security (JKM). The second contribution of the program is very cheap, which is only Rp. 16,800 per month.

To facilitate registration, explained Ani, it can be through the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application, which has supported the Assokan movement.

"With this application, participants can manage data and claims from anywhere and anytime without having to come to the BPJamsostek office," said Ani.
