DCI Indonesia Successfully Holds Night Appreciation For Customers And Partners

JAKARTA - PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCI), a leading data center infrastructure provider in Indonesia, successfully organized the DCI Indonesia event: 10 Years of Operations and Night Customer Appreciation with the theme A Decade of Customer Trust to Lead Indonesia's Digital Ecosystem. The event was held at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta, Friday, December 8, 2023.

This event is not only an important celebration for DCI Indonesia and all its customers, partners and stakeholders, but also an achievement moment for DCI, which has maintained its position as market leader and 100 percent power uptime since it started operating in 2013. Also present at this event were the Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie, as well as DCI Indonesia's strategic partner, Salim Group, and many other attendees both domestically and abroad.

Milestone is an important achievement in the data center infrastructure industry in Indonesia. As the Tier IV data center and recipient of the first Tier IV Gold Certification of Operational Sustainability (TCOS) in Southeast Asia, DCI has managed to maintain 100 percent power uptime and 0 downtime since it first operated in 2013, this is an achievement that confirms DCI's reliability and commitment to world-class service quality.

Moreover, this event aims to give appreciation and gratitude to DCI customers and partners who come from various industries, including global cloud players, digital platforms, insurance companies, banks, e-commerce, telecommunications companies, IT services as well as other private companies and SOEs for their trust and support that has allowed DCI to continue to be able to support the creation of a tough domestic digital infrastructure that prioritizes operational excellence.

DCI also gives deep appreciation to stakeholders, regulators, and shareholders whose trust and support not only strengthen DCI's sustainability, but also become an important catalyst in the development of more innovative and sustainable digital infrastructure in Indonesia.

President Director of PT. DCI Indonesia Tbk, Toto Sugiri, in his remarks, highlighted DCI's journey and achievements over the past decade.

The Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia, Budi Arie Setiadi, said that on behalf of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, I would like to express my appreciation for the 10 years of the operation of PT DCI Indonesia Tbk.

In addition, the event also featured keynotes by Philbert Shih, Managing Director, Structure Research, an independent research and consulting firm with a special focus on Internet infrastructure --cloud and data centers -- markets and panel discussions involving the Association of Indonesia Data Center Providers (IDPRO), several DCI customers from the banking and mining industry moderated by Dr. Indrawan Nugroho.

This provides a platform for in-depth dialogue on future trends, innovations, and challenges in the data center industry, especially in Indonesia. This exchange of ideas and experiences highlights the importance of collaboration in encouraging innovation and growth in the technology sector.
