Jenius Reveals New Feature In The 7th Birthday, Check Here!

JAKARTA - Bank digital Jenius from PT Bank BTPN Tbk has a new feature this year that can be used to make it easier for its customers. This step is in line with Jenius' commitment to provide complete and relevant financial services for the community.

BTPN Bank Irwan Trisnabudi's Digital Banking Head said Jenius had launched and developed a series of features throughout the half of 2023.

Furthermore, Irwan said this new feature is to meet the needs of the digital savvy community which is also growing.

These features include access to QRIS scans from the Jenius application which is easier, top up and manage e-money from the e-wallet center, Yay Point exchange, extension of the operational hours of activation and exchange of foreign currencies in Jenius, Jenius Paylater, and the #FlexiRasaMaksi 2 program, "he said at the Jenius Celebrating Seventh Anniversary event, in Central Jakarta, Tuesday, August 22.

Irwan said, the innovation of the above factors was the result of the process of correction and collaboration that Jenius had continued since its inception on August 11, 2016.

Irwan said as many as 44,000 correlators (members of the Jenius Co.Create community) had joined Jenius Co.Create to convey their voices and input to Jenius regarding the development of life finance solutions.

"This correction process has also been done genius through more than 1,024 online surveys, discussion of the most popular groups (DKT), in-depth interviews involving more than 116,212 members of the digital savvy community as respondents with an average of 17 interview activities carried out every month," he explained.

Furthermore, Irwan said the features of the Jenius application also help Jenius friends to make transactions more simply both at home and abroad, regulate cash flow, and invest directly from the Jenius application.

1. Scan Qris via fast lane

This feature is presented to provide convenience when transacting, now Jenius friends can scan QRIS directly when opening the Jenius application without the need to go to the home page.

Jenius friends can also use Jenius Payleter as a source of funds during transactions at QRIS merchants throughout Indonesia.

2. Jenius Paylater

Jenius Paylater Teman Jenius can use Jenius Paylater as a source of funds when transacting at QRIS merchants throughout Indonesia. Starting from activation to payment is easy to make directly on the Jenius application.

3. Mandiri e-money top up just tap from the Jenius application

For Android users, now the e-money standalone top up can be directly taped from the Jenius application. Jenius also launched the Jenius edition of the e-money independently.

4. Yay Point

ius friends can now exchange Yay Points of Jenius Credit Card for GoPay and OVO Cash balances. The exchange is easy, practical, and in real time directly from the Jenius application.

5. Extend the operating hours of selling and buying foreign currencies

Jenius extended the operating hours of selling and buying foreign currency to make it easier for Jenius friends to make international transactions while traveling abroad.

Previously, Jenius friends were able to activate, sell and buy foreign currencies starting at 09.00-18.00 WIB. Now operating hours are extended to 12 hours, from 09.00-21.00 WIB every Monday-Friday (except Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays).

6. #Flexi RasaMaxi-program saving with a direct gift

The savings program with a direct gift, #FlexiRasaMaxi comes back in an easier way. Jenius friends can follow or extend #FlexiRasaMaxi's savings directly from the Jenius application to get a direct gift without being drawn.

The desired prizes can also be chosen directly from the application, ranging from cashback, gold, gadgets, electronic goods, motorbikes, to cars. This program runs until December 2023 with mixed prize offers.
