BTN Mobile Active Users Soar

JAKARTA - After being officially launched in February 2023, a fan of the BTN Mobile application owned by PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk showed positive performance. Active users of applications with complete and easy services recorded a jump of up to 58 percent compared to previous applications.

IT & Digital Bank Director of BTN Andi Nirwoto said the BTN Mobile application is a refinement of previous BTN mobile banking. This latest BTN Mobile offers easy, complete, and connected services to the housing ecosystem.

With this complete and easy service, Andi continued, active BTN Mobile users showed a surge.

"In the future, there are various services and programs that we designed to continue to make it easier for BTN Mobile customers and users to make financial transactions," Andi explained in Jakarta, Sunday, March 19.

In addition to financial transactions, this latest BTN Mobile also provides access for customers for BTN Properti, virtual branch, and e-mitridal services. With this service, customers are making it easier to access housing-related services only through a touch of their fingers.

By the end of the year, Bank BTN targets an additional 26 percent of BTN Mobile users. The company is also targeting the number of transactions using the full application to increase by about 10 percent.
