JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (Ministry of ATR/BPN) inaugurated seven priority services that can be done online.
The seven services include Certipikat Checks, Land Registration Certificates (SKPT), Roya Manual and Electronic Roya, Mortgages, Transfers (except inheritance), Registration of Decree, and Changes in HGB to Ownership Rights.
"Of the seven priority services, four services have been carried out electronically so that they can reduce 40 percent of queues from services throughout the region," said ATR/BPN Minister Hadi Tjahjanto at the 2023 National Working Meeting at the Shangri-La Hotel. Jakarta, Tuesday, March 7.
Hadi said that the seven services were launched to be nationalized to all ATR/BPN offices whose implementation did not require field activities and could be applied electronically.
"This service also does not require an in-depth analysis and does not involve external parties," he said.
In addition, the Ministry of ATR/BPN also provides WhatsApp services with complaints that are integrated with 33 BPN regional offices throughout Indonesia.
"Later on, people in 33 provinces can also consult complaints in communicating with the Ministry of ATR BPN," he said.
Hadi hopes that the launch of this service can facilitate and accelerate services, so that people can feel the ease of dealing with land problems.
The National Working Meeting of the Ministry of ATR/BPN this year discussed increasing investment through digital transformation and legal certainty in the field of spatial planning and land.
