Alvaro's Body Will Be Returned To The Family Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The DNA test process on the skeleton suspected to belong to Alvaro Kiano Nugroho (6) has been completed. According to family information, the results of the identification carried out by the National Police stated that the skeleton matched Alvaro's DNA, a 6-year-old boy who had been missing since March 2025, his skeleton was found in Bogor, West Java.

Arum, Mrs. Kandung Alvaro, explained. With DNA suitability, Alvaro's body will be returned to the family.

"God willing, tomorrow afternoon the body will return home, we don't know exactly what time," Arum said when confirmed by the media, Wednesday, November 3, 2025.

Arum said the family had been informed that the results of the DNA test concluded the skeleton found belonged to Alvaro.

"It seems like that (the results of the DNA test match Alvaro's framework), because we are the family who have been informed like that," he said.

He said that the body was scheduled to be handed over to the family on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Upon arrival at the funeral home, the body will be buried immediately after a short prayer with the family.

"The body came, a short prayer was at home and was immediately buried," said Arum.

Arum also confirmed that he would immediately pick up his son's body at the Police Hospital, Keramat Jati.

"Pick up at the Police Hospital," he concluded.
