Polda Metro Invites 212 Reunion Participants To Pray For Disaster Victims

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Bhudi Hermanto invited all participants of the 212 Grand Reunion in the Monas area, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday, November 2, 2025, to pray for people who were hit by a disaster in a number of areas.

Especially the victims of flash floods and landslides that hit West Sumatra, North Sumatra, and Aceh in the last few days.

"We also appeal to all our brothers and sisters who will carry out the 212 Reunion to pray for our brothers who were hit by the disaster, and hopefully they can be handled quickly and accurately," Bhudi told reporters at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Monday, November 1, 2025.

Bhudi also emphasized that Polda Metro Jaya will provide security and order services during the activity. According to him, the authorities were alerted to ensure traffic flow remains smooth and maintain the comfort of all people who are active around the Monas area.

"Polda Metro Jaya provides this service so that the situation can run smoothly, respecting each other's vehicle users and other traffic lanes, including areas used by other people," he said.

Regarding the number of personnel to be deployed, Bhudi said that the complete data was still being finalized. He ensured that details of the strengths of the Polda Metro Jaya and the Central Jakarta Metro Police would be announced on the same day.

"We are still preparing the number of personnel. Today we will tell our colleagues how many personnel will be deployed," he said.

It is known that this 212-year Grand Reunion will be held on weekdays and is scheduled to take place from 17.00 WIB until the evening. The event will be filled with joint and istigasah prayers.
