JAKARTA - All national road networks that were cut off due to natural disasters in the Sumatra region have now recovered. Minister of Public Works (PU), Dody Hanggodo, confirmed that as many as 107 national roads affected by the Sumatra disaster were all back in operation.
The Minister of PU explained that the handling of connectivity infrastructure such as roads and bridges is carried out collaboratively in accordance with the division of authority between the central government and local governments.
"For road and bridge infrastructure which is the authority of the central government, all handling has been successfully completed.
